- 4 nos. Fresh Eggs
- 1 nos. Big Onion Chopped
- 1 nos. Tomato Chopped
- ¼ cup Spring Onions
- ¼ cup Capsicum chopped
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
- ½ tsp Chili powder
- ¼ tsp Coriander Powder (Optional)
- ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ¼ tsp Pepper powder
- 1 spring Curry leaves (Optional)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt (As required)
Take a pan and add in Oil, Onion, Curry leaves.
Add in Tomato, Spring Onion, Capsicum, Salt, Coriander powder and Chili powder cook for 3 minutes.
Add in eggs and cook for 3 minutes in low flame.
Now spread butter and egg mixture on the bread.
Toast and serve hot.
- Instead of butter you can also use ghee.
