Dry fish, onion, coconut, garlic, red chili powder, green chili powder, coriander powder, tamarind, salt to taste, water as required, curry leaves, turmeric powder.

How to make Dry Fish Curry Recipe with Coconut:
- Firstly clean the dry fish and soak it in warm water for 2 minutes and keep it aside.
- Heat a pan and add in oil, crushed garlic. Saute till the garlic becomes brown.
- Then add in sliced onions, green chilies, tomatoes, tamarind. Saute till the ingredients becomes soft.
- Transfer it to a mixer jar.
- Grind it into a smooth paste.
- Now add in the grounded paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt to taste.
- Close the lid and cook till the raw smell goes away.
- Then add in coconut paste, give a mix and allow it to boil.
- Add in pepper powder and give a mix.
- Then add in dry fish and cook for 5 to 7 minutes and then switch off the flame.
- Finally the dry fish curry is ready to serve.

- Mixing bowl
- Pan or clay pot
- Mixer jar
- 100 grams Dry fish (Any dry fish of your choice)
- 1 big Sliced onions
- 2 Green chilies
- 1 Chopped tomato
- ⅓ cup Coconut
- ½ tsp Red chili powder
- ½ tsp Kashmiri chili powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- ⅛ tsp Pepper powder
- ⅛ tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
