Drumstick Leaves soup| Moringa Leaves Soup is a healthy and nutritious soup recipe. It has got many health benefits. It is very simple and easy to prepare at home.
- Pan
- Strainer
- Serving bowl
- 1 cup Drumstick leaves or handful
- 3 Shallot onions
- ½ Tomato chopped
- 4 Garlic
- ¼ tsp Pepper corns
- ¼ tsp Cumin seeds
- ¼ tsp Coriander seeds
- 2 cups Water
- Salt to taste

Firstly heat a pan and add in water, drumstick leaves, shallots, tomato, garlic.

Now add in pepper corns, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, pinch of turmeric powder. Give a mix and close the lid, and allow it boil for 5 to 8 minutes.

After boiling, strain it with the help of a strainer. After straining allow it cool down completely.

Reserved drumstick water. Keep it aside.

Transfer the cooked drumstick leaves and spices to a mixer jar. Then grounded into a smooth paste.

Add in the reserved drumstick water to the paste and strain it.

Press the remaining with the help of spoon.

Now heat a pan and add in strained soup and reserved water, salt to taste. Allow it boil for 2 minutes and switch of the flame.

Finally transfer to a soup bowl and serve hot.
