Drumsticks, onion, potato, brinjal, cauliflower, sambar powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, curry leaves, tomatoes, salt to taste, water as required.
Methods:
- How to make Drumstick Curry Recipe:
- Firstly heat a pan and add in oil, cumin seeds, onions, tomatoes, curry leaves, turmeric powder.
- Saute till the onions and tomatoes are nicely cooked.
- Then add in peeled potatoes, drumsticks. Give a mix and allow it to cook.
- Add in required water and close the lid and allow it to cook for 5 to 7 minutes under low flame.
- Once the drumstick and potatoes are 70 percent cooked then add in brinjal, cauliflower, again allow it cook for another 4 to 5 minutes.
- Then add in sambar powder, salt to taste. Give a mix and allow it to cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Finally the drumstick curry is serve.

- Pan
- 3 Drumsticks
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 Tomatoes
- Curry leaves
- 2 tsp Sambar powder
- 2 Potatoes
- 1 Brinjal
- Few cauliflower (Optional)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Pinch of turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup Water (As per requirement)
