Sweet Coconut Milk or Coconut Milk Payasam is again a traditional and healthy sweet recipe. It goes well with string hoopers, appam poori, obattu or pornapoli. Coconut milk Payasam
Coconut milk Payasam is a traditional and healthy recipe. It goes well with string hoppers, poori and obbattu or poornapoli.
- Mixer jar
- Large bottom pan
- ½ cup Freshly chopped coconuts
- 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
- 1 tbsp Roasted channa
- 2 Cardamom
- ½ cup Jaggery
- 1½ cup Water
- Pinch of salt

Firstly take a mixer jar and add in chopped coconuts, cardamom, roasted channa, poppy seeds.

Ground them into a smooth paste.

Heat a pan and add in water and jaggery.

Allow it to melt completely.

And then add in ground paste and give a mix and allow it boil.

Finally the healthy coconut milk payasam is ready to serve.
