How to  make Chicken Pepper Fry Recipe:

  1. Firstly heat a pan and add in oil, cut onions, pinch of turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, few curry leaves. Saute till the onions becomes soft.
  2. Then add in chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste. Saute it for 2 minutes in low flame.
  3. Add in cleaned chicken pieces. Close the lid and cook till the chicken is completely cooked.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked completely add in pepper powder and few curry leaves. Give a mix and cook it for another 1 to 2 minutes, then switch off the flame.
  5. Finally the Chicken Pepper fry is ready to serve.
