How to make Chapati Egg Noodles:
Chapati Egg Noodles
Chapati Egg Noodles is a healthy and delicious recipe. It can be served as breakfast and even as a snack too.
- Pan
- Tawa
- 2 Chapaties
- 6 Beans
- 1 Capsicum
- 2 Carrots
- ½ cup Cabbage
- ⅛ tsp Red chili powder
- ⅛ tsp Pepper powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 Eggs (Add according to your choice)
- Salt to taste

Firstly prepare chapaties and slices or cut them into pieces as shown in the above image. And keep it aside.

Then heat a pan and add in oil, sliced beans, carrots, capsicums and stir fry them till they are 3/4th cooked.

Then add in sliced cabbage, salt to taste and red chili powder. Mix well and again cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Later add in scrambled eggs, cut chapaties and give a proper mix. Cook for 30 seconds.

Finally garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
