Cashew Nut Paste Recipe is a dairy free, gluten free and very best vegan alternative. It gives a added flavor and creamy texture to the gravy, masala, smoothie, any sweet recipes. So, the ingredients used in this recipe are cashew nuts and water.

Recipes used cashew nuts or cashew nut pastes: Palak Paneer, Paneer tikka masala, Mushroom butter masala, Paneer peas masala, Nati style spicy mutton curry or sarru.

How to make Cashew nut paste at home:

Firstly soak cashew nuts for 2 hours or overnight.

Now take a mixer jar and add in soaked cashew nuts and little water. Ground them into a smooth paste.

Finally the cashew nut paste is ready to use.

Cashew nut paste is a good alternative to vegan recipe and a dairy free, gluten free recipe. It adds creamy texture and a delicious taste to the gravy.

  • Bowl
  • Mixer jar
  • 6 to 7 Cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp Water (Adjust according to your consistency thick or thin)
  1. Firstly soak cashew nuts for 2 hours or overnight.

  2. And then ground them into paste by adding required amount of water.

  3. Finally the cashew nut paste is ready to use in gravy, smoothies etc.

  1. Can be stored in airtight container and refrigerate it and use whenever required, but prefer to do it fresh when ever required.
