Butterfly Pea Flower Lemonade is a healthy and refreshing drink recipe. Butterfly pea flower commonly known as blue tea, it a herbal tea. Butterfly pea tea or lemonade is made from a decoction or infusion of the flower petals or even whole flower.
- Bowl
- Glass
- 5 to 10 Butterfly pea flowers (Fresh or dried)
- ¼ cup Country sugar or honey
- 3 cups Water
- 2 tbsp Warm water (For infusing flower)
- 2 tsp Chia seeds (Optional)
- 3 Lemon or lemon juice
- ⅛ tsp Cardamom powder
- Pinch of salt

Firstly take little warm water and infuse butterfly pea flower into it and allow it rest for 5 minutes. So, that the water changes into blue color.

Then take a glass and add in sugar water (i.e., mixture of sugar and water).

And then add in soaked chia seeds and a pinch of salt.

Then add in lime juice and infused flower water and give a mix.

Finally the butterfly pea flower lemonade is ready to serve.
