Ingredients
Beetroot 2 Medium
Curd 1/2 cup
Oil 1 tsp.
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp.
Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp.
Urad dal 1/2 tsp.
Curry leaves few
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves
Directions
- Firstly, peel the skin of beetroots and grate them and set aside.
- Now heat a pan and add in oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing and few curry leaves.
- Add to a grated beetroot bowl.
- And then add in thick curd and salt to taste.
- Add freshly chopped coriander leaves.
- Then give a mix.
- Finally, fresh and healthy beetroot pachadi is ready to serve.
