So, the ingredients used in this recipe are chapati, capsicum, beans, carrots, pepper powder, salt to taste, sliced cabbage, red chili powder, oil. At the we can add tomato sauce if required.

Even we can add other vegetables like cauliflower, green peas, yellow capsicum, red capsicum, etc. Even we can make chapati noodles by adding paneer cubes, chicken.

How to make Chapati Egg Noodles:

Firstly prepare chapati, then roll it and cut it as shown in the image.

Heat a pan and add in oil, egg, salt to taste, pepper powder. Give a mix.

Heat a pan and add in oil, sliced capsicum, sliced carrots, beans. Stir fry till they are 3/4th cooked.

Later add in sliced cabbage, red chili powder, salt to taste. Mix well and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.

Then add in scrambled eggs, cut chapati and give a mix and cook for 30 seconds and switch off the flame.

  • Pan
  • Tawa
  • 2 Chapaties
  • 6 Beans
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 2 Carrots
  • ½ cup Cabbage
  • ⅛ tsp Red chili powder
  • ⅛ tsp Pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 Eggs (Add according to your choice)
  • Salt to taste
  1. Firstly prepare chapaties and slices or cut them into pieces as shown in the above image. And keep it aside.

  2. Then heat a pan and add in oil, sliced beans, carrots, capsicums and stir fry them till they are 3/4th cooked.

  3. Then add in sliced cabbage, salt to taste and red chili powder. Mix well and again cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

  4. Later add in scrambled eggs, cut chapaties and give a proper mix. Cook for 30 seconds.

  5. Finally garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
