Paneer pepper masala
Paneer pepper masala is a delicious and tasty gravy recipe, goes well with chapati, poori, parathas, jeera rice.
- Pan
- Mixer jar
- 200 grams Paneer
- 3 Onions
- 2 Tomatoes
- 8 Cashew nuts
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3 Green chilies
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- ⅛ tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Kasuri methi
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Fresh cream (Optional)

Firstly heat a pan and add in oil, onion, tomatoes, cumin seeds, green chilies, ginger, garlic and 1 cup of water. Allow it boil and cook for 10 minutes. Then keep aside and allow it cool down completely. Later ground it into a smooth paste.

Later heat a pan and add in oil, cumin seeds finely chopped onions, grounded paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala. Mix well and allow it to cook till the raw smell goes away completely.

Now add in cashew nut paste. Mix well.

Then add in butter and kasuri methi, cook for 2 to 3 minutes in low flame.

Later add in paneer cubes, salt to taste and water as required. Cook for 5 minutes in low flame.

Finally Paneer pepper masala is ready to serve.
