Bitter gourd Chips
Bitter gourd chips is a crispy and healthy recipe. It is very simple and easy to make with minimum ingredients available at home.
- Mixing bowl
- Frying pan
- 2 Bitter gourd
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Gram flour
- 1 tbsp Rice flour
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- ⅛ tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil as required

Firstly clean and slice bitter gourd into pieces. Then add in salt and some lemon juice and mix well, then allow it to rest for 10 to 15 minutes. Later the bitter gourd releases bitter water. Then wash it with water for 2 to 3 times.

After washing add in gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste. Give a mix.

Then heat oil and add in coated bitter gourd slices and deep fry them till crisp.

Finally the bitter gourd chips is ready to serve.
