How to make Spicy Raw Banana Bajji:
Spicy Raw Banana Bajji or Bhaji
Spicy Raw Banana Bajji or Bhaji is a simple and tasty evening snack recipe. It goes well with mint chutney, coconut chutney.
- Mixing bowl
- Deep frying pan
- 2 Raw Bananas
- 1 cup Gram flour
- 1 tbsp Rice flour
- Pinch of baking powder (Optional)
- ⅛ tsp Turmeric powder
- Pinch of hing
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
- Oil for deep frying

Firstly clean and peel the skin of the raw bananas and then slice them into pieces.

Then take a mixing bowl and add in gram flour, chili powder, turmeric powder, rice flour, salt to taste and water as required.

Give a mix without any lumps. Batter should not be too water and not too thick.

Then dip the sliced raw banana slices into the prepared batter. coat them on all the sides of the sliced raw banana.

Deep fry them till crisp and golden brown.
