Spicy Raw banana kabab is a simple and tasty recipe. It can be served as an evening snacks or an accomplishment with sambar rice, rasam rice etc. In this recipe I have used instant kabab powder.So, the ingredients used in this recipe are raw banana, kabab powder, ginger garlic paste, poppy seeds, lemon juice, oil as required.
After applying kabab paste on raw bananas allow it marinate for 30 minutes. Later you can shallow fry them or deep fry also you can do. But in this recipe I have shallow fried them.

Spicy Raw Banana Kabab
Spicy Raw Banana Kabab is a simple and tasty recipe. It can be served with rice, rasam, sambar and even as snacks.
- Mixing bowl
- Frying pan
- 2 Medium Raw bananas
- 4 tbsp Instant Kabab powder
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- Oil as required
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Poppy seeds (Optional)

Firstly clean and peel the skin of the raw banana and keep it aside.

Later cut the raw bananas into half inch slices.

Now for marination, take a bowl and add in instant powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, sliced raw bananas and poppy seeds. Give a mix. Allow it to marinate it for 30 minutes.

Heat a pan and add in oil, marinated raw bananas. Cook on both the sides for 2 to 3 minutes in medium flame.

Finally the spicy raw banana kabab is ready to serve.
