Egg-less Chocolate Brownies

Egg-less Chocolate Brownies is a square or rectangular chocolate baked dessert. Brownies come in a variety of forms and may be either fudgy or cakey, depending on their density. Usually brownie includes flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, pinch of salt, vinegar, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, butter or oil, banana(optional), grated chocolate, milk, water as required.

How to make Egg-less chocolate Brownie:

Take a bowl and add in Wheat flour, all purpose flour and pinch of salt.

Add in baking powder.

Add in cocoa powder.

Add in powdered sugar.

Give a mix and keep it aside.

Take another bowl and add in smashed banana.

Add in butter.

Add in butter milk (milk and vinegar).

Add in dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.

Now add in chocolate chips and grated chocolate.

Grease the pan with butter or oil and pour the brownie batter.

Pre heat the oven under 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes and then bake brownie for 30 to 35 minutes under 180 degree Celsius.

Egg less Chocolate Brownie

Egg-less Chocolate Brownies is a square or rectangular chocolate baked dessert. Brownies come in a variety of forms and may be either fudgy or cakey, depending on their density.

  • Mixing bowl
  • Oven
  • 1 cup All purpose flour or maida
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1 Ripe banana
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla essence
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup Butter or oil
  • ⅓ cup Grated chocolate
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate chips

Butter milk

  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  1. Take a bowl and add in flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and cocoa powder and give a mix.

  2. Take another bowl and add in ripe banana, butter or oil, vanilla essence and butter milk. Give a mix and keep it aside.

  3. Now mix both the dry and wet ingredients together without any lumps.

  4. Then add in grated chocolate and chocolate chips and give a mix.

  5. Grease the cake pan with oil or butter and pour the brownie mix.

  6. Pre heat the oven for 10 minutes under 180 degree Celsius and bake them for 35 minutes under 180 degree Celsius.

  7. Finally the egg less chocolate brownie is ready to serve.
