Ingredients
Peanuts 1/2 cup
Roasted chana 1/2 cup
Flax seeds 2 to 3 tbsp.
Black Sesame Seeds 100 grams
Jaggery 1/2 cup
Directions
- Firstly, dry roast peanuts and keep it aside.
- Then in a very low flame dry roast roasted chana and set aside.
- Then dry roast flax seeds. Set aside.
- At the end dry roast black sesame seeds and keep it aside.
- Allow it to cool down completely.
- Transfer to a mixer jar.
- Later add in jaggery as per your requirement.
- Grind it into a smooth powder.
- Make a round shape laddu.
- Finally, black sesame seed laddus are ready to serve.
