Ingredients
1/2 Ash gourd
1 cup Water
1/4 tsp Pepper powder
Pinch of salt
Directions
- Firstly, rinse ash gourd in a running water and then cut it into small pieces.
- Remove the skin by cutting with the help of a knife.
- Now cut into small pieces.
- Transfer to a mixer jar.
- Close the lid and grind it into a smooth paste, if required add little water.
- Then place the cotton cloth and pour the juice.
- Drain it. Squeeze it.
- Add pepper powder.
- Later little salt.
- Finally, detox ash gourd is ready to serve.
