Ash gourd juice is a healthy and refreshing beverage made from the juice of ash gourd, also known as winter melon or white pumpkin. Ingredients

  • 1/2 Ash gourd

  • 1 cup Water

  • 1/4 tsp Pepper powder

  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  • Firstly, rinse ash gourd in a running water and then cut it into small pieces.
  • Remove the skin by cutting with the help of a knife.
  • Now cut into small pieces.
  • Transfer to a mixer jar.
  • Close the lid and grind it into a smooth paste, if required add little water.
  • Then place the cotton cloth and pour the juice.
  • Drain it. Squeeze it.
  • Add pepper powder.
  • Later little salt.
  • Finally, detox ash gourd is ready to serve.
