Ingredients
1/4 cup Soya Chunks
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
1/2 cup Cabbage sliced
1 Carrot sliced
1 Capsicum sliced
5 Beans chopped
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
2 tbsp. Oil
Salt to taste
1 cup water for boiling soya chunks
2 cups Cooked rice
Directions
- Firstly, boil little water and add soya chunks and cook for 5 minutes. Then switch off the flame and allow it to cool down completely.
- Then squeeze soya chunks and keep it aside.
- Later heat a pan and add in a tbsp. of oil, cooked soya chunks, red chili powder and salt to taste. Sauté for a minute.
- Now add in sliced vegetables like cabbage, capsicum, carrot and chopped beans. Give a mix.
- Sprinkle little water and allow it cook till the vegetables are 3/4th cooked.
- Further, add in cooked and cooled rice, pepper powder.
- Then give a mix without breaking the rice.
- Finally, the Soya fried rice is ready to serve.
