Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Soya Chunks

  • 1/2 tsp Red chili powder

  • 1/2 cup Cabbage sliced

  • 1 Carrot sliced

  • 1 Capsicum sliced

  • 5 Beans chopped

  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder

  • 2 tbsp. Oil

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 cup water for boiling soya chunks

  • 2 cups Cooked rice

Directions

  • Firstly, boil little water and add soya chunks and cook for 5 minutes. Then switch off the flame and allow it to cool down completely.
  • Then squeeze soya chunks and keep it aside.
  • Later heat a pan and add in a tbsp. of oil, cooked soya chunks, red chili powder and salt to taste. Sauté for a minute.
  • Now add in sliced vegetables like cabbage, capsicum, carrot and chopped beans. Give a mix.
  • Sprinkle little water and allow it cook till the vegetables are 3/4th cooked.
  • Further, add in cooked and cooled rice, pepper powder.
  • Then give a mix without breaking the rice.
  • Finally, the Soya fried rice is ready to serve.

How to make Soya Chunks Fried Rice
