Chicken Dry Fry is a simple, delicious and tasty chicken recipe. It can be served as an accomplishment with sambar rice, rasam rice, chapati. It is very simple and easy to prepare.
Ingredients:
Chicken, Oil, crushed garlic, onion chopped, kashmiri chili powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, few curry leaves, pepper powder, lemon juice, salt to taste, water.

How to make Chicken Dry Fry:
- Heat a pan and add in oil, crushed garlic. Fry till the garlic becomes brown.
- Then add in chopped onions, curry leaves.
- Add in kashmiri chili powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder.
- Give a mix and saute for 2 minutes. In low flame.
- Then add in cleaned chicken.
- Give a mix and add in 1/2 cup water, salt to taste.
- Then close the lid and allow the chicken to cook completely.
- At the end, add in pepper powder and squeeze lemon juice. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
- Finally, the Chicken dry fry is ready to serve.

6 Crushed garlic
1 big Chopped Onion
1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder

⅛ tsp Turmeric powder

Salt to taste
