Eggs, mushroom, salt to taste, oil, onion, tomato, red chili powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder.

- How to make Mushroom Egg Bhurji:
- Firstly heat a pan and add in oil, onion, tomatoes. Saute till the onions becomes soft.
- Then add in cleaned mushrooms.
- Once the mushrooms are half cooked, then add in eggs and give a mix.
- Then add in red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste. Give a mix and cook till the eggs are cooked. Cook in low flame.
- At the end add in pepper powder and give a mix.
- Finally garnish it with chopped coriander leaves. Now the healthy and tasty Mushroom Egg Bhurji is ready to serve.

- Pan
- 6 Eggs
- 200 grams Mushroom
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 Tomato
- ¼ tsp Red chili powder
- Pinch of turmeric
- ⅛ tsp Pepper powder (As per requirement)
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
