Mushroom Egg bhurji

Mushroom Egg bhurji is a healthy, protein rich and tasty recipe with step by step pictures and instructions are given below. It goes well with chapati, poori, dosa and can be served as a side dish with hot rice.

Ingredients:

Eggs, mushroom, salt to taste, oil, onion, tomato, red chili powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder.

Methods:

  1. How to make Mushroom Egg Bhurji:
  2. Firstly heat a pan and add in oil, onion, tomatoes. Saute till the onions becomes soft.
  3. Then add in cleaned mushrooms.
  4. Once the mushrooms are half cooked, then add in eggs and give a mix.
  5. Then add in red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste. Give a mix and cook till the eggs are cooked. Cook in low flame.
  6. At the end add in pepper powder and give a mix.
  7. Finally garnish it with chopped coriander leaves. Now the healthy and tasty Mushroom Egg Bhurji is ready to serve.
