Paneer paratha is made with stuffing cottage cheese, spices. Paneer paratha can be served as a breakfast, lunch or even for dinner. It goes well with thick curd with sugar, pickle of your choice, gravy.
Ingredients:
Cottage cheese, green chilies, coriander leaves, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt to taste.
Methods:
- Firstly grate cottage cheese (paneer) and keep it aside.
- Now take a mixing bowl and add in grated paneer, red chili powder, cumin powder, pinch of turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander leaves chopped, green chili chopped, salt to taste. Give a mix.
- Then take a portion of chapati dough, roll it little and place a prepared paneer mix at the center (make it into a ball shape).
- Stuff the paneer mix inside the chapati dough.
Stuff the paneer mix, so that the paneer should not come out while rolling. - Roll it into a flat bread.
- Now heat a pan and cook the paratha on both the sides, by adding oil, ghee or butter.
- Cook till we see a brown spots on it.
- Finally the Paneer Paratha is ready to serve.

- 200 grams Cottage cheese or Paneer
- 2 Green chilies
- 2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
- ⅛ tsp Red chili powder
- ⅛ tsp Cumin powder
- ¼ tsp Garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Pinch of turmeric
