So, the ingredients used in this recipe are semolina, onion, curry leaves, green chilies, cumin seeds, salt to taste, oil for deep frying, curd, baking soda, ginger.
Methods:
- Take a mixing bowl and add in rava, curd.
- Give a mix, close the lid and allow it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Now add in chopped onions, chopped green chilies, chopped curry leaves, cumin seeds, soda, chopped ginger, salt to taste. Give a mix.
- Make small small balls and keep it aside.
- We need to wet our hand and make this shape, its like medu vada, even we can round shape vadas too.
- Deep fry them, till golden brown.
- Finally the crispy Rava Vada is ready to serve.

- Mixing bowl
- Pan
- 1 cup Rava
- ½ cup Thick curd
- 1 Chopped onion
- 2 spring Curry leaves
- 1 or 2 Green chilies
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- ½ tsp Chopped ginger
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Water (as per requirement)
- ⅛ tsp Soda
- Oil (For deep frying)
