Ingredients Used:

So, the ingredients used in this recipe are semolina, onion, curry leaves, green chilies, cumin seeds, salt to taste, oil for deep frying, curd, baking soda, ginger.

 

Methods:

  1. Take a mixing bowl and add in rava, curd.
  2. Give a mix, close the lid and allow it rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Now add in chopped onions, chopped green chilies, chopped curry leaves, cumin seeds, soda, chopped ginger, salt to taste. Give a mix.
  4. Make small small balls and keep it aside.
  5. We need to wet our hand and make this shape, its like medu vada, even we can round shape vadas too.
  6. Deep fry them, till golden brown.
  7. Finally the crispy Rava Vada is ready to serve.
