EGG PEPPER FRY RECIPE

Is a spicy and tasty side dish recipe with step by step pictures and instructions are given below, hope you all like it. I thought of trying some different egg recipe, which should be easy to prepare and good to taste. So, then I came across this recipe. It takes hardly 10 minutes to prepare. It can be served as a side dish along with sambar rice, rasam rice, chapathi.

Ingredients:

Boiled eggs, onion, curry leaves, pepper powder, salt to taste, crushed garlic, dry red chilies, turmeric powder.

Methods:

  1. Firstly heat a pan and add in oil, crushed garlic. Saute till it turns brown.
  2. Then add in dry red chilies, few curry leaves.
  3. Later add in onions, pinch of turmeric powder, salt to taste. Saute till the onions becomes soft.
  4. Then add in boiled eggs, red chili powder, pepper powder. Give a mix. And then close the lid and cook for another 2 minutes in low flame.
  5. Finally the Egg pepper fry is ready to serve.

Egg Pepper Fry is a spicy and tasty egg recipe. It is very simple and easy to prepare with minimum ingredients available at home. Whenever we are lazy to prepare side dish, this is best side dish to prepare, it takes hardly 10 to 15 minutes to prepare, but tastes really superb.

  • Pan
  • 6 Boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 spring Curry leaves
  • 3 Dry red chilies
  • 8 to 10 Crushed garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • ¼ tsp Red chili powder
  • ¼ tsp Pepper powder
  • Pinch of turmeric powder
