Wheat Choco Chips Cookies is a healthy and tasty Cookies recipe. Ingredients used in this recipe are wheat flour, country sugar, jaggery powder, cardamom powder, pinch of salt, butter, egg, choco chips, baking soda, water and cocoa powder. Instead of maida here I have used whole wheat flour.

Wheat Choco Chips Cookies
Wheat choco chips cookies is a healthy and tasty cookies recipe with step by step pictures and instructions.
- 1 cup Wheat Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Choco Powder
- ¼ cup Country sugar
- ½ cup Jaggery powder
- ⅛ tsp Cardamom Powder
- ¼ tsp Baking Soda
- ¼ cup Butter melted
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ cup Choco chips
- 2 tbsp Flax seeds
Pre heat the oven for 5 minutes under 180 degree Celsius.
Take a mixing bowl and add in egg, melted butter, sugar and jaggery powder. Give a gentle mix.
Now add in wheat flour, pinch of salt, baking soda. Give a mix.
Now add in flax seeds and choco chips and give a mix.
Keep it in a freezer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove from the freezer and make small balls and keep it ready.
Take a baking tray or cake mold, place a parchment paper and grease them with some oil or butter.
Now place the small balls on the greased baking tray. Garnish is with cashew nuts or any dry fruit of your choice.
Bake them under 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes.
Now the healthy and tasty choco chip cookies is ready to serve.
