Vegetable Dosa | Seasoned Dosa is one of the healthy, crispy and delicious dosa recipe with step by step pictures, instructions, videos are given below, hope you all like it. It is a filling and easy break fast recipe. Vegetable dosa goes well with any chutney, kurma, sagu of your choice.

Ingredients:

Dosa batter, oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal, onion, grated coconut, chopped spring onions, chopped curry leaves, salt to taste.

Methods:

How to make Vegetable Dosa:

  1. Heat a pan and add in oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal. Saute for 1 minute.
  2. Then add in chopped onion, grated coconut. Sauté for 3 minutes in low flame.
  3. Then add in chopped curry leaves, chopped spring onion. Give a mix and allow it cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add it to the dosa batter, salt to taste. Give a mix.
  5. Now heat a dosa pan, then grease with oil. Later pour a ladle of dosa batter and spread it.
  6. Then close the lid and allow it cook on both the sides, for 1 to 2 minutes in low flame.
  7. Finally the healthy, tasty vegetable dosa are ready.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams Dosa batter
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • ¼ tsp Mustard seeds
  • ¼ tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Chana dal
  • 1 tsp Urad dal
  • 1 big Chopped onion
  • ¼ cup Grated carrot
  • cup Chopped spring onion
  • 2 spring Curry leaves
  • Salt to taste
