Ingredients:
Dosa batter, oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal, onion, grated coconut, chopped spring onions, chopped curry leaves, salt to taste.
Methods:
How to make Vegetable Dosa:
- Heat a pan and add in oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal. Saute for 1 minute.
- Then add in chopped onion, grated coconut. Sauté for 3 minutes in low flame.
- Then add in chopped curry leaves, chopped spring onion. Give a mix and allow it cook for 2 minutes.
- Add it to the dosa batter, salt to taste. Give a mix.
- Now heat a dosa pan, then grease with oil. Later pour a ladle of dosa batter and spread it.
- Then close the lid and allow it cook on both the sides, for 1 to 2 minutes in low flame.
- Finally the healthy, tasty vegetable dosa are ready.

- Pan
- Dosa pan
- 500 grams Dosa batter
- 2 tbsp Oil
- ¼ tsp Mustard seeds
- ¼ tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Chana dal
- 1 tsp Urad dal
- 1 big Chopped onion
- ¼ cup Grated carrot
- ⅓ cup Chopped spring onion
- 2 spring Curry leaves
- Salt to taste
