TUTTI FRUTTI SPONGE CAKE
Tutti frutti sponge cake is a very simple cake recipe. It is very easy to bake with less ingredients. Ingredients used in this recipe are all purpose flour i.e maida (ಮೈದಾ), Sugar (ಸಕ್ಕರೆ), baking soda (ಅಡಿಗೆ ಸೋಡಾ), baking powder (ಬೇಕಿಂಗ್ ಪೌಡರ್), pinch of salt (ಉಪ್ಪು), vanilla essence (ವೆನಿಲ್ಲಾ ಎಸೆನ್ಸ್), egg (ಮೊಟ್ಟೆ).

Tutti Frutti Sponge Cake
Tutti Frutti Sponge Cake is a very simple and healthy cake recipe. It is very easy to prepare with less ingredients.
- Mixing bowl
- Large Pan or Oven
- Cake Pan
- ½ Cup All purpose flour or Maida
- ¼ Cup Powdered Sugar
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 Egg
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- ¼ tsp Baking Soda
- Pinch of Salt
- ¼ tsp Vanilla Essence
- 2 tbsp Tutti Frutti
- Water as required
Take a mixer bowl and add in all the wet ingredietns i.e. eggs, oil, vanilla essence. Give a mix.
In the same bowl add in all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, pinch of salt, powdered sugar, required water. Give a mix.
Add in tutti frutti, give a gentle mix.
Close the lid and pre heat the pan for 10 minutes in low flame.
Grease the cake mold with oil or butter, then pour the prepared cake mix.
Now place the cake mold inside the pan and bake for 20 minutes.
Tasty tutti frutti sponge cake is ready to serve.
