¼ cup Tamarind ½ cup Water 1 tbsp Dry grapes or Dates ¼ tsp Cumin seeds ¼ inch Ginger 1 tbsp Jaggery Pinch of Salt
Heat a pan and add in water and tamarind, allow it boil.
Then bring them to room temperature.
Take a mixer jar and add in tamarind, dry grapes, cumin seeds, ginger and a pinch of salt.
