Sweet Corn Vada or Sweet Corn Masala Vada Snacks with step by sep pictures and instructions are given below.
- 1 Cup Sweet Corn
- 2 tbsp Gram Flour
- 1 tbsp Rice Flour
- 1 Medium Chopped Onions
- ⅛ tsp Fennel tsp
- ¼ Cup Mint and Coriander leaves
- 3 Garlic cloves
- Little ginger
- 3 Chopped Green Chilies
- Salt to taste
- Oil as required
- Water if required
Take a mixer jar and add in boiled corns, grind coarsely and keep it aside.
Now take a bowl and add in coarsely grounded sweet corn, chopped onions, chopped green chilies, chopped mint and coriander leaves, fennel seeds, gram and rice flour, salt to taste. Give a mix.
Grease your hands with water or oil.
Make a small balls and flatten them with the help of your hands.
Now place the frying kadai on stove and add in required oil.
Now deep fry the vada in oil on both the sides in low flame.
Now the tasty sweet corn vada is ready to serve.
