Sprouted Chickpea Salad is one of the healthy and nutritional salad recipe. It is a protein and iron rich salad. It can served as a breakfast, or as a evening snacks.
- Pan
- Mixing bowl
- 200 grams Sprouted channa or chickpea
- ½ cup Sliced cucumber
- ⅓ cup Sliced carrots
- 2 tbsp Sliced raw mango
- ⅛ tsp Red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder as per taste
- Chat masala powder (Optional)
- 1 tsp Lemon juice

Firstly boil sprouted chickpeas in a water and keep it aside. It make take hardly 8 to 10 minutes to cook.

Now take a mixing bowl and add in boiled and drained chickpea or brown chana, sliced cucumber, sliced carrots, sliced raw mango.

Now add in red chili powder, salt to taste.

Now add in black pepper powder and lemon juice. Give a mix.
