For additional flavor even we can spread mint chutney or tomato sauce on the bread while assembling the sandwich(optional).

Sprouted Brown Channa Sandwich
Sprouted Brown Channa Sandwich is a healthy sandwich recipe. It can be served for morning breakfast and even for evening snack.
- 1 cup Sprouted Brown Channa
- 3 Potatoes
- 1 Chopped big onion
- 1 Chopped tomato
- ¼ cup Freshly chopped coriander leaves
- ½ tsp Chili powder
- ½ tsp Coriander powder
- ¼ tsp Pepper powder
- ⅛ tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Mint chutney (Optional)
- 8 Bread slice
- Butter as required
- Salt as per taste
Firstly pressure cook sprouted brown channa and potato. Then smash them and keep it aside.
Take a bowl and add in smashed channa and potato, chopped onion, tomato, coriander leaves, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, lemon juice, turmeric powder, salt to taste.
Give a mix, if required add in salt or spices according to your taste.
Now toast the bread by adding in ghee or butter and keep it aside.
Now place the toasted bread on the plate and spread butter, mint chutney and then add in prepared channa mix.
Finally the Sprouted brown channa sandwich is ready to serve.
