Spicy Tomato Peanut Chutney or Red Chutney Recipe is a tasty and healthy recipe with step by step pictures and instructions are given below.
- Mixer jar
- Pan
- 2 nos. Ripe tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Peanuts
- ½ cup Grated coconuts
- 2 Kashmiri chilies
- 4 Guntur chilies
- 1 small Onion cut
- 4 pods Garlic
- 1 tbsp Channa dal
- 1 tbsp Urad dal
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Oil
- ¼ tsp Mustard seeds
- ¼ tsp Urad dal
- 2 string Curry leaves
- Pinch of hing

Heat a pan and and in oil and roast all the above ingredients and tomatoes till soft.

And then transfer to a mixer jar and add in salt to taste.

Ground them coarsely.

And then add in grated coconuts and again ground them into a smooth paste.

Finally prepare the seasoning by adding all the above ingredients given above in the ingredients list.
