Spicy Sweetcorn chat recipe is one of the healthiest and a best evening snack recipe. If we have cooked sweetcorn just we need to add all the ingredients and give mix and serve. So, the ingredients used in this recipe are freshly cooked sweetcorn, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped coriander leaves, grated carrot, salt to taste, chilli powder, kara boondi or sev. Even we can add freshly chopped cucumber.

Spicy Sweetcorn Chat

Spicy Sweetcorn Chat is a healthy and simple chat recipe with step by step picture and instructions.

  • Mixing bowl
  • 2 Sweetcorn
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 Grated Carrots
  • Chopped Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilli powder (as per taste)
  • Pepper powder (as per taste)
  • ½ cup Kara boondi or Sev
  1. Take a pan and add in water and sweet corn. Cook them for 10 minutes and remove the corns and keep it aside.

  2. Take a mixing bowl or plate and add in cooked sweetcorn and sprinkle some salt and chili powder or pepper powder.

  3. Now add in chopped onions, tomatoes, grated carrots and again sprinkle some salt and pepper.

  4. Now add in kara boondi or sev and garnish it with some chopped coriander leaves.

  5. Finally Spicy Sweetcorn chat is ready to serve.
