Ingredients:
potatoes, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, kashmiri chili powder, salt to taste, turmeric powder, oil, mustard seeds, garlic, curry leaves.
Methods:
- Firstly clean and rinse potatoes for 2 whistles.
- Remove the skin of the boiled potatoes. Then take a mixing bowl and add in red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt to taste, oil. Give a mix.
- Heat a pan and add in oil, mustard seeds, garlic, red chilies, curry leaves. Saute till the garlic changes to brown.
- Add in spice mixed potatoes. Roast on all the sides of the potatoes under low flame.
- Finally the Spicy Potato Roast is ready to serve.

- 2 tbsp Oil
- ¼ tsp Mustard seeds
- 2 Red chilies
- Few curry leaves
- 10 cloves Chopped garlic

- ⅛ tsp Turmeric powder
- ½ tsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
