- 3 to 4 Cooked Chapatis
For making Omelette
- 3 to 4 Eggs
- 1 Chopped Onions
- 1 Chopped Tomatoes
- Coriander leaves
- Pinch Pepper powder
- Chili powder (As per taste)
- Salt (As per taste)
For Filling
- 1 cup Chopped Cabbage
- ¼ cup Sliced Capsicum
- 1 Sliced Onion
- Turmeric Powder
- Chili powder (As per taste)
- Salt (As per taste)
Firstly prepare the Chapatis.
Now take a bowl and add in eggs, onions, tomatoes, chili powder, pepper powder, salt and coriander leaves.
Take tawa or pan and start preparing the omelettes.
Now for preparing filling take a pan add in oil.
Add in all the sliced vegetables.
Add in chili powder, turmeric powder and salt. Give a mix and cook for 5 minutes in low flame.
Now the take a chapati and place the omelette on that chapati above that add in the fillings and make a roll.
Serve hot with mint chutney.
