Spicy Mutton Liver fry

Spicy Mutton Liver fry  or semi gravy is a very tasty recipe and easy to prepare. So, the ingredients used in this recipe are mutton liver, chopped onions, tomatoes, curry leaves, mint leaves, coriander leaves, fenugreek leaves, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt to taste, oil as required.

How to make Spicy Mutton Liver Fry:

Mutton Lever Fry
Heat a pan and add in oil, chopped onions, curry leaves.

Add in chopped tomatoes, liver pieces, chili powder, coriander powder, garma masala and saute it for 3 minutes in low flame.

Add in water and salt to taste.

Add in green peas.

Add in chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves and fenugreek leaves. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes in low flame.

Spicy Mutton Liver Fry

Mutton liver fry or semi gravy recipe is a simple and tasty recipe, goes well with rice, roti.

  • Large bottom pan
  • 250 grams Mutton liver fry
  • 1 Big onion
  • 1 Big tomato
  • 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Chili powder (Adjust according to your spicy level)
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • ¼ cup Mint, coriander and fenugreek leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • ⅓ cup Frozen green peas
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  1. Firstly clean liver in water and keep it aside.

  2. Heat a pan and add in oil, chopped onions, tomatoes and saute it 2 minutes.

  3. Then add in liver and all the spice powders, green peas, mint leaves, coriander leaves and fenugreek leaves. Give a mix.

  4. Add in required salt and water.

  5. And then close the lid and cook for 20 to 25 minutes in low flame.

  6. Finally mutton liver fry is ready to serve with roti or rice.
