HOW TO MAKE SPICY MUSHROOM ALOO PEAS MASALA
FOR MAKING CASHEW NUT PASTE
Spicy Mushroom Aloo Peas Masala
Spicy Mushroom Aloo Peas Masala is a best gravy recipe. It goes well with chapati, poori, dosa, pulov etc.
- Pan
- Mixer jar
- 200 grams Mushroom
- 2 Cubed potatoes
- ½ cup Green peas
- 1 Big chopped onions
- 1 Tomato paste
- ½ tsp Cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 Green chilies
- 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- Pinch of turmeric
- ½ tsp Red chili powder
- ¼ tsp Garam masala
- ¼ tsp Kashmiri chili powder
- 1 tbsp Kasuri methi
- 2 tbsp Cashew nut paste
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
- 1 tsp Butter or ghee
- Freshly chopped coriander leaves for garnishing

Firstly heat a pan and add in oil, cumin seeds, chopped onions, green chilies, ginger garlic paste. Cook till the raw smell goes.

And then add in cut vegetables, tomato paste, required water, turmeric powder and chili powder, garam masala, kashmiri chili powder, kasuri methi and salt to taste.

Then close the lid and cook till the vegetables are cooked 90 percent.

And then add in cashew nut paste, and cook for another 2 minutes and switch off the flame.

Finally garnish it with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with chapati, poori etc. of your choice.
