Simple Lemon Rice
It is a very simple and tasty recipe. Easy to prepare with less ingredients.
- 2 Cup Cooked Rice
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 tbsp Oil
- ¼ Cup Peanuts
- ¼ tsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 Green chili
- 1 Big Lemon
- 2 tbsp Grated Coconut
- 1 tsp Chana and Urad dal
- 2 Spring Curry leaves
- Few Coriander leaves
- Pinch Turmeric powder
- Salt (As per taste)
- Pinch Hing
Take a pan add in oil, mustard seeds, chana and urad dal, peanuts.
Add in onion, green chili, curry leaves.
Add Onion, turmeric powder, grated coconut and hing.
Add in cooked rice, salt and give a gentle mix.
Squeeze Lemon Juice. Give a mix and serve hot.
