Simple Egg Gravy or Egg Masala or Egg Curry
It is one of the healthiest and tasty recipe. It goes well with chapati, poori, dosa, jeera rice, coconut rice and even with plain rice.
- 6 Boiled eggs
- 1 Potato chopped
- 2 Big Onion Sliced
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic Paste
- ¼ Cup Green Peas
- ¼ Cup Spring Onion
- 1 tbsp Oil
- ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp Chili powder
- ¼ tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 2 Green Chili
- 1 Bay leaf
- 2 Cloves
- 1 Cardamom, Cinnamon Sticks
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp Kasuri methi
- 2 Spring Curry leaves
- Salt (As per taste)
- Water (As required)
Grinding
- 8 Cashew nuts
- ¼ Cup Coconut chopped
- ½ tsp Poppy Seeds
Boil the Egg. 10 minutes in low flame.
Take a pan and add in Oil, Onions, Spices and Green chili.
Add in Tomatoes, Ginger Garlic paste, chopped Potatoes and green peas.
Add in Spice powders.
Grind it.
Add a grounded paste.
Add in boiled eggs and required salt and water.
Garnish it with coriander leaves, kasuri methi and spring onions.
Egg gravy is ready to serve with chapati, poori, dosa and rice.
- You can add ghee or butter for extra taste.
