Ingredients

  • Gram Flour or Besan flour 2 cups

  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Ajwain 1/2 tsp

  • Hing 2 pinch

  • Oil for deep frying

  • Water as required

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl first mix besan flour, turmeric powder, ajwain.
  • 2 Pinch of hing. Salt to taste.
  • Add water as needed to form a soft dough. Dough should not be too hard or too loose.
  • Fill the sev press with prepared dough.
  • Now heat oil and squeeze over hot oil. Cook over medium flame.
  • Drain once bubble ceases.
  • Finally, Sev bhujia is ready to heat.
