Traditional Ragi Simili Recipe is a healthy and tasty snacks recipe. It is one of the best snacks recipe for kids as it is rich in proteins, iron.
- Mixing bowl
- Steamer
- ½ cup Ragi flour
- ½ cup Jaggery
- ⅓ cup Roasted Peanut
- ⅛ tsp Cardamom powder
- Pinch of salt

Firstly take a mixing bowl and add in ragi flour, pinch of salt and sprinkle little water. Give a mix. It should be puttu flour consistency. Not too wet not too dry.

If we hold it should form a shape.

Then stem cook the ragi flour for 10 minutes in a steamer or idly mold.

Meanwhile dry roast the peanuts and keep it aside.

Coarsely ground roasted peanuts.

Then transfer the steam cooked ragi flour into a mixing bowl and along with that add in jaggery, cardamom powder. Give a mix.

Add in ghee and mix well. Try to make a ball shape laddus.

Finally the Ragi Simili is ready to serve.
