How to make Ladies Finger Poriyal or Side dish:

Firstly rinse ladies finger for 2 to 3 times and cut in to small pieces.

 

Then heat a pan and add in cut ladies finger and dry roast till the stickiness goes away. (we can add little oil while roasting). And transfer into another bowl.

 

Then in the same pan add in oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, channa dal, onion chopped, curry leaves.

 

Then add in turmeric powder, salt to taste, sambar powder. Saute it for another 2 to 3 minutes under low flame.

 

Finally the Ladies finger poriyal is ready to serve.
