Basmati rice, green peas, onion, oil, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, fennel seeds, bay leaf, ginger garlic paste, chopped coriander leaves, salt to taste, water as required.

How to make Peas Pulao Recipe:

  1. Firstly heat a pan and add in oil, fennel seeds, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf.
  2. Then add in sliced onions, ginger garlic paste. Saute till the raw smell goes away.
  3. Then add in green chilies, saute it for 2 minutes.
  4. Add in green peas, cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add in required water, salt to taste. Allow it to cook.
  6. Close the lid and cook till the rice a completely cooked.

  • 200 grams Soaked Basmati rice
  • ½ cup Green peas(frozen)
  • 1 Sliced onions
