How to make Peanut Burfi:
Peanut Burfi
Peanut burfi is a healthy and tasty burfi recipe. It is very simple and easy to make with minimum ingredients available in our kitchen.
- Pan
- Grinder
- Mold
- 1 cup Peanuts
- ¼ cup Water
- ½ cup Jaggery (Adjust according to taste)
- 1 tbsp Any energy powder or sattu powder.
- 1 tsp Ghee
- Few cashew nuts
- Pinch of salt

Firstly heat a pan and dry roast peanuts and keep aside to cool down completely.

Then remove the skin and ground them into a smooth powder.

Then heat a pan and add in water, jaggery and allow it boil till we get one string consistency.

And then add in powdered peanuts, energy powder, sattu powder, pinch of salt and give a mix without any lumps.

Now add in fried cashew nuts, ghee and give a mix.

Transfer it into another mold and allow it to cool down completely.

Finally the peanut burfi is ready to serve.
