Firstly dry roast oats for 2 minutes and keep it aside.

Heat a pan and add in little oil, cumin seeds, chopped garlic, onion, green chili. Saute it till the onion becomes soft.

Then add in chopped carrots, beans. Saute it for 2 minutes.

Add in roasted oats and give a mix.

Add in water and allow the vegetables to cook.

Once the oats and vegetables are cooked completely. Add in pepper powder, salt to taste.

- Pan
- ½ cup Oats
- ¼ cup Chopped beans
- ¼ cup Carrots
- 2 cup Water
- ⅛ tsp Pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Oil
- ⅛ tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Chopped garlic
- 2 tsp Chopped Onions

Heat a pan and add in oil, oats. Dry roast for 2 minutes. Keep it aside.

Again heat a pan and add in oil, cumin seeds, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped onions. Saute it for 1 minute in low flame.

Then add in chopped vegetables, roasted oats.

Add in water and cook till the vegetables are cooked.
