No Egg Oats Jaggery Banana Pan cake
Hi Friends, here is the simple , tasty and healthy oats banana pan cake recipe, it is a best break fast recipe for kids. No sugar, no artificial essence.
- 1 cup Oats
- 2 Ripe Bananas
- 2 to 3 tbsp Jaggery Powder
- 1 tbsp Rice flour
- ⅛ tsp Cardamom Powder
- ⅛ tsp Baking soda
- Salt (As per taste)
- Water (As required)
Take a mixer jar and add in oats, banana, jaggery, cardamom powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, water.
Grind and make a paste of it.
Heat a iron pan and pour a ladle of pan cake batter and add some oil and cook both the side.
Finally garnish it with honey and serve the delicious pan cake recipe.
