MULTIGRAIN COCONUT CAKE:
It is a healthy and tasty cake recipe. So, the ingredients are whole wheat flour, jowar flour, ragi flour, country sugar, cardamom powder, baking soda, baking powder, a pinch of salt, desiccated coconut, cashew nuts, choco chips, tutti frutti, egg. So, it can be one of the healthy tea time snacks for children. Instead of all purpose flour we can use wheat flour, ragi flour, and jowar flour. Adding desiccated coconut enhances the taste of the cake.

Multigrain Coconut Cake
Multigrain Desiccated Coconut Cake as the name says it is very healthy and tasty, simple cake recipe with step by step instructions and pictures. Enjoy!
- Mixing bowl
- Cake Pan
- ⅓ cup Wheat Flour
- 1 tbsp Ragi Flour
- 1 tbsp Jowar Flour
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 Egg
- ¼ cup Desiccated Coconut
- ⅛ tsp Baking soda
- ¼ tsp Baking powder
- ¼ cup Country Sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp Cashew nuts
- 1 tbsp Choco chips
- 1 tbsp Tutti Frutti
- ⅛ tsp Vanilla Essence
- ¼ cup Water
Fristly Pre heat the oven under 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes.
Take a mixing bowl and add in all the wet ingredients like eggs, vanilla essence, oil and give a mix.
Now add in all the dry ingredients like wheat, ragi, jowar flour, baking soda, baking powder, country sugar, pinch of salt. Give a mix.
Later add in cashew nuts, tutti frutti.
Add in required water and mix without lumps.
Now place a parchument paper and grease them with some oil. Now add in the cake batter.
Sprinkle some choco chips on it.
And bake them under 180 degree Celsius for 20 minutes.
Once the cake is baked, remove from the oven and allow to cool down. And cut them into pieces and serve.
