Moong dal, rice, onion, curry leaves, dill leaves, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, green chilies, ginger chopped, salt to taste, oil for frying, hing.

How to make Moong dal Pakora:
- Firstly rinse and soak moong dal, rice for 1 to 2 hours.
- Transfer into a mixer jar. Ground it into a course paste.
- Take a mixing bowl and add in the ground moong dal paste, chopped onion.
- Then add in chopped dill leaves, coriander leaves, curry leaves.
- Then add in chopped green chilies, chopped ginger.
- Then add in cumin seeds, salt to taste.Give a mix.
- Later deep fry them till golden brown.
- Finally Crispy and tasty Moong dal pakoras are ready to serve.

- 150 grams Moong dal soaked
- 2 tbsp Rice soaked
- 1 big Chopped onions
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 2 Green chilies
- 1 tsp Chopped ginger
- ⅓ cup Chopped dill leaves
- ¼ cup Chopped coriander leaves
- 2 spring Curry leaves chopped
- Pinch of hing
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
