Moist Chocolate Cake without Oven

Chocolate cake is one of my all time favorite cake recipe. It was a dream come true in my life when I first baked my chocolate cake. Now I am able to bake with oven or without, eggless or with egg etc. So, for Moist chocolate cake recipe ingredients required are egg, all purpose flour, sugar, white chocolate chips, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder, oil, salt and for chocolate frosting we need chocolate whipping powder, milk.

How to make Moist chocolate cake without oven at home:

 

Chocolate cake
Take a bowl and add in egg.

Add in all purpose flour.

Add in powdered sugar.

Add in cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt.

Add in milk and oil.

Grease the cake pan with oil or butter and then pour the cake batter into the cake mould.

Add in white chocolate chips.

Now pre-heat a pan for 10 minutes and place a stand inside and keep the cake mould on top of it.

Bake for 10 minutes in medium heat and 20 minutes for low heat.

For Frosting: Take a bowl and add in chocolate whipping powder, little milk and then mix them with the help of hand mixer.

Decorate the cake with frosting cream and some silver sprinklers.

Moist Chocolate cake

Moist chocolate cake is a delicious and tasty cake recipe with step by step pictures and instructions.

  • Mixing bowl
  • Cake mould
  • ½ cup All purpose flour
  • ⅓ cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • ¼ tsp Baking powder
  • ⅛ tsp Baking soda
  • ½ tsp Vanilla essence
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ cup White choco chips
  • Pinch of salt
  • Some sprinklers of your choice

For Frosting

  • ½ cup Whipping powder
  • ¼ cup Milk
  1. Take a bowl and add in oil, milk, vanilla essence and sugar. Give a mix.

  2. And then add in flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder, pinch of salt. Give a mix without any lumps.

  3. Now grease the cake mould with oil or butter and pour the cake batter.

  4. And then pre heat the pan for 10 minutes and then bake them for 30 to 35 minutes.

  5. Finally the moist chocolate cake is ready to serve.

  6. For frosting: Take a bowl and add in whipping powder and milk, then blend them with the help of hand blender or mixer.

  7. Finally decorate the cake with whipping cream and some sprinklers of your choice.
